Peoples Choice is the Bank’s 24/7 telephone banking system and can be accessed by calling 1-800-USE-MINT (1-800-873-6468). Through this service you can obtain your checking or savings account balances, verify account history, transfer funds, make loan payments, check on rates and more. Peoples Choice is easy-to-use and a convenient choice for financial management- hence the name!
The first time you call in and try to access account services (balances, account history, etc.), you'll be asked for your Account Number, Social Security Number or Tax ID Number, as well as your Date of Birth (ex: 04/13/1896). This is in order to verify your identity and establish a Personal Identification Number (PIN). Your PIN is 4-digits that you must have to be able to make inquiries and transactions on your account(s).
Customers who used a previous version of Peoples Choice and already have a PIN, will need to follow the verification steps above and re-establish themselves on the enhanced system.
Although we do not recommend writing your information down, remember if you do, to keep all your account information safe and secure.

Pressing any of the following numbers will take you to their sub-menus:
- Account Balance

- Transfer Funds or Make a Payment

- Card Services (Activate, Deactivate or Report a Card Lost/Stolen)
- Report Fraud on Your Debit Card
- Merchant Check Verification
- Bank Information
- More Options (Interest Rates, Change Overdraft Options, Change Your PIN & Hear ACH Transactions)
Global Commands (can be accessed at any time during the call):
- Press 0 to speak to a Service Representative
- Press 3* for the Main Menu
- Press # to repeat the Menu Options
- Press * to hear the Previous Menu
